A small chain of exclusive patisseries, Baker & Spice wanted to spread the word on a budget that would barely spread a freshly baked baguette. But we were infected by their passion and their food was to die for so we produced a series of postcards that were left on the tables. It’s hard to measure ROI on postcards, but think of them as super-DM (highly targeted and the customer even covers the postage!) Anyway, they disappeared faster than their buttery croissants which just goes to show, if you’re smart, you don’t need a big bucks to get noticed.
